Delivering photos to your own clients
A client gallery is a private, one-to-one space for handing a shoot straight to a single client — a couple, a company, a family — completely separate from EventFlick's shared event albums, and available on every plan.
1. What is a client gallery?
An event album is a shared space for one event — often with multiple photographers and guest uploads. A client gallery is the opposite: private and one-to-one, built for delivering a single shoot straight to a single client, with nobody else involved.
You don't need to create or join an EventFlick event to use client galleries. They live entirely under your photographer account, so they work just as well if you shoot solo and never touch the event side of EventFlick at all.
Client galleries are available on every plan, including Free.
2. Creating and sharing a gallery
From your account, open Client Galleries and click New Gallery. Give it a name — EventFlick generates a unique, shareable link automatically.
Upload photos directly from the gallery's management page. Once they've processed, share the gallery's link with your client, or embed it on your own website with the iframe or JavaScript snippet on the same page.
Each gallery also comes with a branded lightbox for browsing, so your client gets a polished viewing experience without any setup on their end.
3. Controlling access & downloads
Open a gallery's Settings to control who can see and download it:
- Public toggle — turn this off and the gallery's link returns a 404 to anyone who visits it, hiding it without deleting anything.
- Allow download & sharing — turn this off to let clients browse only, with no download or share options.
- Allowed embed domains — restrict which websites can embed the gallery. Leave it blank to allow embedding anywhere.
Photos you upload to a client gallery count toward the same storage quota as your portfolio — check your plan's limit on the pricing page.
