How to start selling

To sell photos on EventFlick, connect a Stripe payout account, open a client gallery's settings, set a price per photo of at least €2.99 and switch on Sell photos.

  1. Connect payouts. Go to Account › Payouts and connect a Stripe account. Stripe verifies your details once; after that, money from sales goes straight to your bank account.
  2. Create or open a client gallery. Upload the shoot to a client gallery, just like you would for a normal delivery.
  3. Set your price and switch on selling. In the gallery's settings, enter one price per photo (minimum €2.99) and turn on Sell photos. EventFlick then watermarks the previews in the background.
  4. Share the gallery link. Send the link to your client, or to everyone who was at the shoot. Visitors pick the photos they want and pay online.

Pricing and fees

You choose the price per photo, with a minimum of €2.99. EventFlick keeps a 15% platform fee and you receive the other 85%.

There's no monthly fee for selling and no separate plan. Selling works on Free, Pro and Studio. Buyers can add as many photos as they like to one order; the total is your price times the number of photos.

Example: you price photos at €5.00. A buyer orders one photo, and €4.25 goes to your Stripe account.

What buyers see

Buyers see watermarked previews, add the photos they want to a cart, pay online and download the unwatermarked photos right away. They don't need an account.

  • While selling is on, previews carry a watermark with your name, and free downloads are turned off for that gallery.
  • Buyers select photos in the gallery viewer and check out securely through Stripe.
  • After payment, buyers get a download page and an email with a link back to it, with the high-resolution photos without a watermark.
